Sonia Sotomayor- Obama's pick for Supreme Court Justice

Many people like Obama's pick of Sonia Sotomayor for a Supreme Court Justice because she would be the first Hispanic-American on the Supreme court. To me, this does not make one bit of difference. I could care less wether she was Asian, Iranian, or an Alien from Planet 125 in galaxy 3552. What I am most concerned with is her ability to make decisions based on the Constitutionality of an issue. That is what Supreme Court justices are supposed to do, decide whether an issue is Constitutional or not.

    Careful now, you're actually making sense, and we both know logic and reason seem to play a lesser and lesser role in politics with each passing year!
