Really, N. Korea?

So, as you might know, we now have missile defense systems in Hawaii now because Japaneese insiders have said that N. Korea may try to hit Hawaii around the 4th of July holiday. Really? I'm not saying that they won't attempt it, but even if they did, wouldn't that just be suicide for them? It they did anything of the sort, they would by wiped off the map by the 3 of the most powerful countries in the world: The U.S., China, and Japan.

So, this is just another example of the U.S. and Media blowing things way out of proportion.

North Korea

As you probably know, North Korea has been in the news here lately for testing rockets and a nuclear weapon and now are a threat to the world. This situation has been totally blown out of proportion. This was just an overreaction of the U.S. and News media.

Yes, they did test these weapons, but what is it to us? We are not threatened by this. Even if they did do something harmful, it would not be the U.S.'s job to go over and attack. This would be China, Japan, and S. Korea's job. Constitutionally, we have to authority to stop them unless they directly do us harm and a preemptive strike would only do more harm to the whole world (Just look what happened in Iraq).

To stop problems like this from occurring, we need to mind our own business and stop being the policeman of the world. Not only would it help problems like this, but it would also save us around, say 1 trillion dollars a year!

Sonia Sotomayor- Obama's pick for Supreme Court Justice

Many people like Obama's pick of Sonia Sotomayor for a Supreme Court Justice because she would be the first Hispanic-American on the Supreme court. To me, this does not make one bit of difference. I could care less wether she was Asian, Iranian, or an Alien from Planet 125 in galaxy 3552. What I am most concerned with is her ability to make decisions based on the Constitutionality of an issue. That is what Supreme Court justices are supposed to do, decide whether an issue is Constitutional or not.

Welcome!

Welcome to my blog! This is where I will analyze daily and current issues in the gov't and give my views. When you start reading, you will quikly see that I have a very constitutional view on issues. :-)

Enjoy!
